๐ก️ Jaemi Nonprofit
Experience. Strength. Hope.
Friends and relatives of abusers are often overlooked. We’re here to change that.
๐ You are not alone.
๐ You are not crazy.
๐ You deserve clarity, support, and truth.
WHAT IS THIS
Jaemi is a space for friends and relatives who are affected by abusive behavior.
We provide:
Education that actually makes sense
Real conversations (not sugarcoated)
Community support from people who get it
WHY THIS EXISTS
Abuse doesn’t just affect one person.
It spreads confusion.
It creates silence.
It isolates everyone around it.
Most people:
Don’t know what’s happening
Don’t know what to say
Don’t know what’s safe
So they stay quiet… or get pushed away.
Jaemi exists to break that silence.
WHAT PROBLEM WE ARE SOLVING
There is a gap no one talks about:
Support for the people around abuse
Friends and family are often:
Left out of resources
Given conflicting advice
Made to feel like they’re “overstepping”
Or blamed for not doing enough
We solve that by giving:
Clear, honest information
Real-life perspective (not just theory)
A place to ask questions without judgment
WHY YOU SHOULD CARE
This affects more people than anyone admits.
You might be:
Watching someone you love change
Questioning what’s normal
Feeling shut out, confused, or helpless
Or you might just want to:
Learn how to support someone safely
Understand the dynamics of abuse
Stop second-guessing yourself
This space helps you make safer choices.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This is for:
Friends of someone in an abusive situation
Relatives trying to understand what’s happening
People who feel “on the outside looking in”
Anyone who has ever thought: “Something isn’t right, but I don’t know what to do.”
OUR VALUES
We believe in:
Honesty over comfort
We say the real things—even when they’re hard.
Clarity over confusion
No vague advice. No mixed messages.
Support without judgment
You don’t have to get it perfect to belong here.
Safety first
Every conversation centers around safer choices.
Real voices matter
Experience is just as important as education.
HOW THIS IS LEGIT
We are grounded in:
Real lived experiences
Patterns recognized in abusive dynamics
Community-based support approaches
Ongoing learning and shared knowledge
We don’t claim to replace professionals. We exist to bridge the gap between silence and support.
EXPERIENCE • STRENGTH • HOPE
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
Whether you’re here to learn, understand, or just feel less alone—
you’re in the right place.
